Job Title: Student Support Advisors
Type: Casual, on-call or part-time position
Job
Responsibilities:

Provide advice and support to international students,
monitor the progress of applications, and keep detailed
records of all processes.

Serve as a resource to Marketing Administrator and Student
Advisors.
-
Participate in various programming activities, including
international student orientation and other cultural
programming events.
-
Provide student support services to international students
by identifying their needs and providing appropriate
solutions.
-
Communicate regularly with and works in consort with the
Student Advisors and Administrators on all student-related
matters.
-
Primary emphasis will be on enrolled students' while
simultaneously supporting the admissions effort to continue
to enroll new international students.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Have an understanding of NZ education system and/or
experience as an international student.

Native speaker of any of the following languages:
- Japanese
- Korean
- Thai
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Arabic
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in any of
the abovementioned language and English.

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, organizational,
and supervisory skills.

Strong computer and analytical skills.
-
Ability to work independently and good time management
skills.

Eligible to work in NZ.
